London City Airport Information How Do I get from London City Airport into London Centre? Dockland Light Railway runs a rail service direct from London City Airport. The station platform is approximately 200 metres to the right when you leave the terminal building. You need to buy a ticket from either the machines which accept UK notes or coins or the ticket office before you travel. Tickets can be bought which include travel on the Underground. All day Zone U1-4 Pass currently costs £7.20 and can be used any time.

This connects onto the Jubilee Line Services to Bank run approx every 10 - 16 minutes and takes about 22 minutes. Bank Tube Station connects onto the Northern Line, Central line and the Waterloo and City Line. Bank Station is also connected to Monument Tube station. This is approx a 5 minute walk.
